Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 6 large Eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt *I love pink salt
- 2 sprigs cilantro
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 slice lemon *lime is fine too if you prefer
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1 dash Paprika
Instructions
- Place your eggs in the bottom of your boiling pot. Fill with water until the eggs are covered
- Bring your eggs and water to a boil
- Allow them to boil for precisely 11 minutes
- Transfer eggs to your ice water with the slotted spoon. Allow them to chill for 5 – 10 minutes, or until they are cool enough to handle
- Remove the egg shells
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and transfer the yolks to a mixing bowl.
- Add your mashed avocado and spices and mix liberally
- Fill egg halves with approximately a tablespoon of the mixture
- Finish with lemon juice, cilantro, parsley, and paprika
- Transfer to your serving plate and serve warm or cold
- Refrigerate the remainder
