When you get the craving for fatty chips, these Parmesan crisps can be a great standby. Not only are they deliciously cheesy, they’re also incredibly customizable, so you can try all sorts of different spice mixes until you find the ones you like best. We’re partial to parsley and chives, but find what works for you.
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese grated
- herbs and spices to taste
- Heat the oven to 400 F. As the oven warms, line a baking sheet with parchment paper before using a tablespoon to scoop a spoonful of cheese unto the sheet, using the back of the spoon to flatten the cheese out a little. Repeat until out of cheese, leaving a space of about 1 inch between each cheese flat.
- If seasoning with herbs and spices, sprinkle on your selected mix of seasonings before putting the tray into the oven. Bake 3 to 5 minutes, keeping a close eye on your crisps. You want them to crisp up, but not burn.
