Ingredients
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese grated
Optional
- herbs and spices to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400 F. As the oven warms, line a baking sheet with parchment paper before using a tablespoon to scoop a spoonful of cheese unto the sheet, using the back of the spoon to flatten the cheese out a little. Repeat until out of cheese, leaving a space of about 1 inch between each cheese flat.
- If seasoning with herbs and spices, sprinkle on your selected mix of seasonings before putting the tray into the oven. Bake 3 to 5 minutes, keeping a close eye on your crisps. You want them to crisp up, but not burn.
Notes
These crisps really are incredibly flexibly. You can make them spicy, savory, or even sweet, depending on the mood you're in. Just be careful not to burn them.
