Place your eggs in the bottom of your boiling pot. Fill with water until the eggs are covered
Bring your eggs and water to a boil
Allow them to boil for precisely 11 minutes
Transfer eggs to your ice water with the slotted spoon. Allow them to chill for 5 – 10 minutes, or until they are cool enough to handle
Remove the egg shells
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and transfer the yolks to a mixing bowl.
Add your mashed avocado and spices and mix liberally
Fill egg halves with approximately a tablespoon of the mixture
Finish with lemon juice, cilantro, parsley, and paprika
Transfer to your serving plate and serve warm or cold
Refrigerate the remainder
