I’m a sucker for lime chile snack flavoring, and when it comes to nuts, it’s a perfect flavor combination. The only problem, though, is that most store-bought snack mixes are full of all sorts of additives. That isn’t a problem with this version—and even better, it tastes far better than any store-bought snack nut mix I’ve ever tried! Once you find the proportions you prefer, I’m sure you’ll feel the same way.

Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted

- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a mixing bowl, add your nuts and spices, mixing well. In a separate glass, mix your melted your coconut oil and lime juice before slowly pouring into your nut mix, making sure all the nuts are well coated with the spices, seasonings, and coconut oil-lime juice mix.
- In a single layer spread your nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, roasting 8-12 minutes, pausing halfway through to remix to ensure an even bake. After removing from the oven, let cool before storing in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
Recipe Notes
Use the flavors and nuts you prefer; just keep in mind some that nuts are better for keto practitioners than others. (For instance, cashews and pistachios are relatively high in carbs compared to the nuts used here.) Similarly, you can use seeds, flaked coconut—the flavors you love.
